The Escucha Project

I was approached in 2007 by the owners of what was to become 'Escucha' with a concept for bar that combined a range of live music with a refined drinking experience. My initial involvement was to handle the creative direction for launch, translating their ideas visually through branding, signage, artwork and interior design.

That was only the beginning and we continue to work closely together 5 years on. To this day I handle all aspects of their design work including print design & promotions, web & digital design through to interior and bespoke artistic works.

Introducing Minus One 2009

In 2009, due to the success of Escucha, they invested in rebranding and relaunching their basement level as a late-night lounge bar called Minus One. Not only did I handle the rebrand but got to have fun translating it through the interior with works such as a 3.5x1.5m piece of backlit art and a range of bespoke wall dressings and signage.
